Avantus Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that it has been exclusive advisor to the health service company Feelgood Svenska AB when they aquired Vitea AB.

The acquisition will give Feelgood a computerized working model that will allow the clients at Feelgood to get a better overview of the total unhealthy costs in the company and the opportunity to suggest a program to reduce this cost. The acquisition is in line with the strategic growth plan that was established together with Avantus in 2004.
