Avantus Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that it has been advisor to IGC Industrial Growth Company in the acquisition of Arkivator from the US based Powerwave technologies.

The acquisition will give Arkivator new owners with a deep engagement and in active co-operation the goal is to secure a continuous growth with profitability. The aim is to reach a turnover of 1 billion SEK within the next coming years, both through organic growth and acquisitions.
