As per October 1:st Avantus and Growth Factory have merged under the brand name Avantus Corporate Finance.

Growth Factory, based in Gothenburg, was founded by Mr. Sven-Åke Lewin in 2002. Mr. Lewin has a professional background from Ernst & Young, Carta Booz Allen and most recently as head of M&A at Bure Equity, a major Swedish PE-house. Mr Lewin is accompanied by Mr. Joakim von Heijne, senior advisor with a solid background from M&A and strategic assignments, and Mr. Ulf Blixberg, analyst.
