The internet and mail-order company Home Shop Scandinavia is acquired by Rusta
Avantus Corporate Finance has been exclusive advisor to Home Shop Scandinavia in the sale to Rusta AB. In October 2005, Home Shop Scandinavia was acquired by Rusta AB, an expanding retail chain in Sweden focusing on home and leisure products.
The acquisition will give Rusta new and valuable channels, internet and mail-order, for their products to reach a wider customer base. After an extensive strategic analysis and research, the buyer was identified by the advisor Avantus Corporate Finance.
