Avantus is pleased to announce that Kakelspecialisten i Sverige AB (“Kakelspecialisten”) has been acquired by Dahl Gruppen AB (“Dahl”). Avantus was exclusive financial advisor to the sellers.

Kakelspecialisten is one of Scandinavia’s largest independent retail businesses within tile, clinker and related accessories. Founded in 1992, Kakelspecialisten has a strong position and is highly regarded on the fragmented market. The company generated revenues of approximately SEK 130 million in 2006.
