Avantus Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that it has successfully advised Spectra Collection AB (“Spectra”) in its rights issue directed to a consortium of private investors.
Spectra is a developer and manufacturer of custom-made shop fittings solutions and panels based in Ljungby. IKEA is among the company’s biggest customers. Spectra has sales of approximately SEK 150 million.
