Swedish based Hoist Hospitality Group (“Hoist”) has acquired the Norwegian company EM Systemer. Hoist will now be able to offer intelligent systems which radically decrease the energy consumption and operating costs for hotels and larger properties. Hoist is today a market leader within reservation- and tv-systems on the Swedish hotel market.
