Avantus Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that its client Norvag Byggsystem AB has been acquired by Finndomo AB.

Finndomo AB has agreed to acquire the assets including personnel of Norvag Byggsystem AB, located in Byske between Skellefteå and Piteå.

Finndomo Group is the largest producer of single-family houses in the Nordic countries and a significant business partner in public construction. The main marketing areas are the Nordic and Baltic countries. The group has 8 product lines of which Hjältevadshus, Modulenthus and Smartstart are sold in Sweden.
