Avantus Corporate Finance acted as advisor when Simonsen Material was acquired by OneMed Group
Avantus Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that its client Simonsen Material has been acquired by OneMed Group.
OneMed Group will acquire 100 per cent shareholding of Simonsen Material AB, a distributor of disposables for healthcare providers in Sweden. OneMed Group sells, markets and imports healthcare products, healthcare equipment and laboratory products in the Nordic Area, Baltic countries and Poland and the transaction will expand OneMed’s product portfolio and customer base as well as strengthen competence in outsourcing solutions of healthcare products and logistics.
