Avantus Corporate Finance is proud to have acted as advisor to Proxima Intressenter AB in the acquisition of Vårdcentralen Östertull AB.
Vårdcentralen Östertull AB is situated in Norrköping and has been privately operated since 2003. Today, Östertull employs approximately 25 persons. Östertull has a pronounced vision to be the care centre that puts the most emphasis on health promotion and preventive care in Östergötland.
Proxima is a private healthcare group owned by CapMan, a PE-company listed on the Finnish stock exchange. Proxima is active within primary healthcare, diagnostics and specialist healthcare.
